This is an agreement between _______________________________ and

Terry Tomczyk, photographer, that Terry Tomczyk will take photographic

representations at the above stated wedding before, during or after the dates indicated above. In consideration therefore, a down payment of $250.00 shall be paid to me on the day this contract is signed and the balance of $ _________ be paid the day of the wedding.

If the wedding is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made toward the balance of the wedding over the $250 deposit will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage of the pictures by the photo lab or any other uncontrollable causes. I ask that all other picture takers, professional or otherwise, be considerate of me during the photo session. I will begin taking pictures at _____ am/pm and conclude at _____ am/pm. Additional pictures, other than what have been agreed upon before the wedding are taken as a courtesy, not as an

obligation under this agreement. All images are the sole property of the photographer.

All copyright and reproduction rights belong to the photographer. All pictures may be used for advertising or display. The photographer expressly reserves the right to require a restaging if this should become necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. If the customer

cannot or will not restage, all obligations are waived and this agreement shall be deemed null and void. If an extreme incidence occurs, the photographer can have another qualified photographer photograph this wedding.
